About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Tom of Brisbane. By placing an order you agree to them.

Age
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store.

Products
We try to show colours, materials and finishes accurately, but screens vary and printed-to-order items may vary slightly. Product details and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline an order.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and begin fulfilling your order. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund you in full.

Intellectual property
Original artwork, text and branding on this site belong to Tom of Brisbane or are used under licence and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
