Shipping policy

How our orders are made
Many of our products are printed or packed to order by production partners in Australia and overseas, rather than shipped from a single Brisbane warehouse. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery estimates
The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page. As a guide:
- Items made or stocked in Australia: usually 7–15 business days.
- Items made or stocked overseas: usually 8–20 business days.
- International orders: usually 10–25 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Estimates include production time and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once each parcel is dispatched.

Duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility.

Discreet packaging
Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no description of contents.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us and we will follow it up with the carrier and our production partner.
